17% Imperial Stout, barrel aged in Bourbon barrels for 25 months, with the addition of some house made caramelized sugar as we as buckets of organic Vermont maple syrup we were able to get the beer up to 17.0% ABV. After fermentation we added raw coconut, real vanilla beans, and Brazilian coffee roasted by Mostra Coffee.
