Beer Tree Brew Co. is a craft brewery based in Port Crane, New York that has been making waves in the beer industry since it's inception in 2017. The company is known for producing unique and high-quality craft beers that are brewed using locally sourced ingredients and a lot of passion.
Beer Tree's story begins with two friends, Brendan Harder and Chris Rhoades, working together at Willet Hop and Grain, a hop farm owned by Chris’ dad. The hop bines, which were referred to as beer trees, sparked an obsession with homebrewing for the friends.
Soon they started using the homegrown hops to brew and test in their garage and after lots of testing they decided to start Beer Tree Brew Co.. Their passion inspires them to always create something new, always have something different from the last batch. In this way their beers keep getting better and better and maintain their element of surprise.
Beer Tree's beers are all brewed in small batches, which allows for a high level of attention to detail and quality control. They offer a wide variety of beers, from IPAs and stouts to farmhouse ales and sour beers, although their main focus is IPA’s. Within the brewing process Beer Tree Brew co. stays true to its roots, following their motto “Beer with Roots”. The motto stands for having a strong tie with their community and suppliers.
